In the late second quarter of 2025, my husband and I placed our townhome for sale in Towne Lake located in a private gated community. At the time the inventory for townhomes in Cypress was 6 to 8 months. In addition, there was new construction townhomes with builders offering closing cost a/o 2 points at closing.
