Michael epitomized responsiveness and attentiveness. With phone calls, texts, and emails, Michael delineated and clarified any questions my wife and I posed. His even demeanor, confidence, and amicability assuaged our anxiety. During the home's initial introduction, orientation, inspection, follow-up inspection, and closing, Michael's mere presence comforted and reassured us.
